 AWOKE Returns and Refunds Policy

Return Policy
All Sales Final: We don't usually accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. Exceptions? Defective items on arrival. Hit us up within 7 days of getting your gear.

​

We're not able to offer exchanges on any products unfortunately.

Before you return your items, please make sure they are unused, in their original packaging and in a resell-able condition, with any labels and tags still attached. If we receive an item back that is damaged or unsellable (smelling like an armpit etc) we will be in touch. A refund may not always be honoured in these cases.


Return Shipping: If it's our bad (quality issues), we got the shipping. If you messed up or changed your mind, shipping’s on you. Heads up: Custom duties and sales taxes? Not refundable.

Packing Right: You're responsible till we get it. Pack it tight, get proof of postage. If it’s lost or damaged in transit, that's on you.
Keep Tags On: No tags, no return. Simple.
Mistakes Happen: Sent something by accident? You might need to cover the shipping back to you.

  • You've got a 15-day window for returns on defective or inaccurately described items.

  • We'll work with you case by case, whether it's a refund, exchange, or store credit. Refunds roll out within 30 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

United Kingdom:

  • You've got a solid 30-day return window for faulty, inaccurately described, or subpar quality items.

  • Contact our customer service to snag the return address within 10 days of starting the return process. Refunds take up to 30 business days after receiving and inspecting your return.

European Union (EU):

  • EU law grants you a chill 14-day "cooling-off" period to return online purchases, no questions asked.

  • Get a full refund, including initial shipping, but cover return shipping. We'll kickstart refunds within 30 business days of return arrival.

Canada:

  • Canadians, you can return if your item's a dud, doesn't match the description, or falls short of quality standards.

  • We'll sort out a refund, exchange, or store credit. For specifics, holler at Customer Service.

Australia:

  • Down under, the Australian Consumer Law's got your back. Return stuff if it's faulty or inaccurately described.

  • You might score a refund, replacement, or repair, depending on the deal.
